2009 Exhibitors

The exhibition takes place on a space dedicated to the exchanges between participants where meet themselves the posters and their authors, a bar at disposal of the public, the buffets breaks, lunches and cocktail, a business-corner and the stands of the exhibitors.

On this space we propose 100 stands of 9 or 6 sqm.

The booking of a stand includes:

• the booking of the surface and the assembly of a type stand (subdivision, signboard, electric block, spotlight, carpet)

• one named specific badge giving access to all the services of the event (access in conference rooms, technical documentation, access to the lunches, the breaks and the cocktails)

For a stand of 9sqm the rate is 2 800 Euro HT (+TVA 19,6 %).
For a stand of 6sqm the rate is 2 200 Euro HT (+TVA 19,6 %).
The order of additional nominative badges is possible for 400 Euro HT (+TVA 19,6 %).

The booking of stands will begin in September 2008.
